The ISPI from Portugal and the Virtual Chapter co-sponsored two HPT seminars in Portugal, conducted by Roger Kaufman, Mariano Bernardez and Artur Nunes.
The first seminar took place in INOFOR, the Center for Training Technology Development of Portugal. The topic, suggested by the participants, was What We can Learn from the Tragedy, and showed the relevance of Mega issues and proactive strategic thinking, with examples of Argentina, Brazil and Bolivia, the Refinor case.
The second seminar was delivered for the members of the APMP, the ISPI of Portugal, and the topics covered were:
1. Strategic thinking of Human Performance, by Roger Kaufman
2. From "e-Training" to e-Performance, by Mariano Bernardez
3. HPT interventions in Portugal, by Artur Nunes
The seminar was not only "onb site": the HPT Online site allowed the attendants to participate in previous activities using state of the art colaborative technology developed by Mariano Bernardez.
The HPT online will continue with all the participants for the coming 4 months
