En primer lugar Christian, por su propia naturaleza el "joint venture" es una asociacion libre de intereses economicos y por lo tanto, muy dificil de regular mediante leyes.

El termino en ingles se refiere a una toma de riesgo empresario (venture) conjunta (joint) en la que dos o mas organizaciones comparten un cliente, proyecto, mercado, etc., asumiendo los costes financieros en forma conjunta
