I am looking for advice on appraisal systems. I am currently studing on my last year of a part time M.B.A at Sheffield Business School. I am going to be evaluating appraisal system within the organisation that I work for, the system which my organisation uses is a straight forward question and answer with thier line manager. So I am looking for systems which are better for the employee and employer. Therefore I need some help in looking for academic theories on appraisal systems. Can anyone help?
